Like most, my interest began with my own family tree and has now expanded in an attempt to help others just getting started or to those who cannot travel to the cemeteries themselves. I have been working on my own family lines since 1991 and have enjoyed every bit of it. For those who know, it is more than a hobby, it's a life love. Thank you to those who have helped me and I hope to pass it on and do the same for others. |

|Marcia Lynne vonGunden||Transfer & thank you|
Hello again Johnny,
Thank you for your generosity in transferring:
Carolyn Sue "Carrie" Noblett Mason # 117521781
to my care.
With your help, I have successfully connected her with her parents, 7 0f her 8 siblings, her husband and three sons.
As I receive more information, I will be adding to Our shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
|Joan Pacitti||New Year|
Happy New Year Johnny. I added the date for the memorial that you sent me.
Wow, long time, huh?
|Steven Keller||RE: SHCJ @ Calvary|
Thank you so much, Johnny! God bless you and have a Merry Christmas!
|Steven Keller||Could you help me?|
I am looking for the grave of Mother (Sister) Mary Eleanor Slater, SHCJ (born 1902). She is the noted author of Jesus, Son of David (Bruce, 1955), His by Choice (Bruce, 1960) etc. I believe she is interred in Calvary Cemetery in West Conshohocken. If you find yourself visiting this cemetery in the future, could you do me a great favor and check the SHCJ plot and see if she is there?
Thank you and God bless you for your help.

Thank you so very much for adding the memorial. I received your decline for the name I sent showing Mary Cody. If you look at her death certificate on the memorial the middle name Constantia was crossed off and added Mary Cody. In regard to her date of birth she was 1 year old on the 1880 Reading, Berks, PA Census enumerated 4 June 1880.

Thanks so much for creating his memorial!
His brother, John Parnum, died in WW I and is buried in Belgium. I sent you links to his parents. I photographed their markers this week.

Johnny, Thanks for getting back to me. If you are close by would you mind taking a picture and posting it on her record or sending it to me? I would love to add it to my ancestry tree.
|Joyce Rutherford||Sr Mary Laureen Albright|
Hi!! Sr. M. Laureen happens to be my great aunt. Do you know if she has a gravestone?
I am going to edit her information and put her birthdate and link her to other family members.
So excited to find her grave!
|Jennifer Gonzalez||RE: Blake Family|
That would be cool, but I'm not finding any Micheal H on my tree. I have that Sarah Ferris married John Howlin Blake and that they only had one child that died. They may have had more that I don't have record of, but she died in 1917 and he remarried the next year.
Here's a quote that I recently came across that I'd like to share with you because it relates to genealogy so well.
"Historians are left forever chasing shadows, painfully aware of their inability to ever reconstruct a dead world in it's completeness however thorough or revealing their documentation," Historian Simon Schama wrote in Dead Certainties. "We are doomed," Schama concludes to be forever hailing someone who has just gone around the corner and out of earshot."
Sometimes it's so frustrating and yet sooo addicting! Jen
|Jennifer Gonzalez||RE: Sarah Blake|
My great-grandmother on my father's side was a Blake (Mary). My father just last week told me that she had a brother who owned a saloon and that her husband worked as a bartender there. That is how I found John Howlin (their mother's maiden name) Blake. She married William Rossiter and moved here from Ireland in the early 1900's. Their daughter Mary married my grandfather James Harris McGowan. They all lived in Philadelphia.
Glad to return the favor!
