Hi,
We grew up visiting cemeteries in the 60's & 70's with our dad (Ralph Jones). We would go to them while on vacation. We had many picnics in cemeteries. I have passed this along to my children!
After my father died, I "inherited" all of his genealogy records and have been putting them on the computer. He researched: Crissey, Merz, Love, Langworthy, Burchard,Warre, Scofield, Lyon, Butterfield, Dodson, Walker, Moore, Jones, Peterson, Anderson, Lundahl - to name a few. He loved helping people solve a mystery. He would really have enjoyed this.
I have added my husbands family to my on going research: Childs, Wilcox, Scofield - to name a few.
I enjoy taking photos and like the "Scavenger Hunt" as I walk through the cemetery to look for the tombstones. I recently introduced one of my nieces to taking photos in cemeteries and searching for graves. As a photographer, she may have gotten the bug to do find-a-grave :) She became facinated with the art work and shadows as well as the names! I hope to take my other nieces and nephews with me to get the next generation to care about cemeteries.

Thank you so much for the excellent headstone photos. Are the two stones back to back?

Gardener Klein
I checked today at Monmouth Memorial Park about the burial site for Gardener Klein. Although he was cremated here, his ashed are not interred here. According to their records, they were returned to the funeral home of record which was: Damiano.
