I find this website most useful and hope that entries I have made will be helpful to someone researching family. |
If you happen to see an error, please be sure to inform me and I will be only too happy to make changes. Also, if you see a member of your family and wish for me to transfer them to you, I will do so, gladly. Anything I post is yours to use if you like.
This website has allowed me to make many new relationships, one of which is my "photographer" (WD) who makes lots of trips to his local cemeteries for me. I am most grateful.
WD, Janice Cathcart and I have teamed together to document as many Tattnall County cemeteries as possible. Working with these two make this a relaxing pastime.

She is indeed my kin; my g aunt/grandfathers (John) sister. Thank you for her transfer.
Thank you, Dottie, for the 5k memorials added and 4500 pictures that you and your helpers, W.D. & Janice have submitted, the work that you three have done and will do, to make our site "findagrave" the best genealogy resource site of its kind, for me and everybody else. Each and every piece is important and counts, And is greatly appreciated by me.
I know that every person that came before me has put in hours of driving, taking picture, searching for information at library's and entering their findings here, so for that, I'm truly grateful...
Thank you again for your dedication to findagrave as well as your work!

|Leah Stubbs||Wealthy A.B. Stubbs|
Dottie - Thank you so much for the work you and your friends (W.D. & J.C.) do for Find A Grave and especially the work at Tattnall County. I am delighted to manage the memorial for Wealthy A.B. Stubbs, and will care for it sincerely. I will definitely share more with you as I learn about the other Stubbs graves at Beards Creek Church Cemetery in the James H Stubbs section. As I think I shared with you, I believe him to be a cousin to my ancestors, and I will hunt down the (sources and) connections! Thank you ever so much! Best regards - Leah Stubbs

Just wanted to thank you for taking on the additional responsibility of Mona's memorials. I'm sure you have your hands full because I'm probably not the only one finding corrections that need to be made.

Dottie, I appreciate all you, WD and Janice do for me. My mother is Willie Mae Jarriel-Cossey, a descendant of Snug Jarriel and Mariah Saturday. We are kin to most all these folks you record and it benefits me greatly since I live in Texas and rarely can make it back there. Thanks and God Bless you all.

|WD||Collins City Cemetery|
Today I searched Collins City Cemetery to fill
your requests. I covered every grave three times.
I found William Dewey Lynn & Eudell Lynn. I did not
find Pauline Lynn or Pauline Cowart or Pauline
Jarriel. I did find other Lynn, Cowart & Jarriel
monuments which I photographed. Before I edit and compress these extras I thought I'd ask if you
