My name is Dee and I've lived mostly in the beautiful historical Hilltowns of Western Massachusetts. I have been a photographer since age of 8yrs. Now I am retired(haha)and still doing freelance photography. I am the past founder of the Historical Commission for a small town nearby and I've worked for several local Historical Societies doing photo preservation work; I specialized in glass plate negatives. Can you tell I love history. There are many "very" rural cemeteries here in Franklin County. My goal along with several other FAG volunteers is to produce a complete inventory of cemeteries with photographs for the towns of Shelburne, Buckland, Hawley, Colrain, Conway, Charlemont, Ashfield, Heath and Florida MA.|
I will be happy to Transfer a memorial to you; please request it via Edit/Request Transfer. The majority of the memorials I have posted are done with the hope that the family will find them and continue to add/correct information. My photographs are copyrighted but may be used on your ancestry site with permission. Please send me an email stating how you will use them. Thanks!

I would like to have your permission to use the pictures of Benoni Pratt and his wife, Anna Leach's headstone on my family tree on Ancestry. Benoni is my 2nd cousin 6X's and I found out Anna Leach is my 6th cousin 6X's, both on my father's side. Thank you, Sharon
Dee thanks for getting these 3 photos, I really appreciate it.

Is there by chance a backside photo to this headstone showing birth and death dates?
|Tim J.||Mrs. Rosella (Perry) "Rosalie" Farmer memorial #158519856|
I am curious as to if there are any Farmer/Perry/Pare' memorials under your care which may now have "family links" removed from the Perry family Cenotaph [memorial ## 90768334] at Arms cemetery in Shelburne; and re-linked, now that an actual final disposition/burial site has been discovered for Rosalie [memorial #158519856].
Your thoughts on this would appreciated.

Thank you for all your fine research. I wanted to mention that the final resting place for my maternal great great grandmother Rosella (Perry) Farmer has been located! She is buried at Calvary cemetery, in Greenfield, Massachusetts, and can be found at Find a Grave memorial #158519856.

The photos you've taken of long-ago ancestors headstones are amazing! Following the notes of the books The Kelloggs in the Old World & New, I've discovered Martin Severance... what a story! He is my 2nd cousin 7X removed, was the son of Joseph Severance (1628-1766) & Anna Kellogg (1689-1781). Anna was daughter of Martin Kellogg (1658-1732 & Ann Hinsdale (1666-1689). Martin was the son of Joseph Kellogg (1626-1708) & Joanna Foote (1628-1666), my #8 gg-grandparents. I've been doing a little bit of research, and hadn't thought of looking beyond 1 or 2 siblings' kids of the main characters until recently. Too much information. Well, in Los Angeles, my grandmother joined the DAR and had been in several of the genealogy groups in the area. This week I discovered the link between Martin Severance & my grandmother: the name of the group she was involved in was the Martin Severance Chapter. Thank you for your photos of the stones, and the information! My grandmother would be sooo envious! :)
Thank you For the Transfer of Herbert John Peters.
