This is the obituary for Mr. Musso, the father of friends:

Arthur John Musso
(August 17, 1916 - August 13, 2011)
Born in Fresno on August 17, 1916, Arthur John Musso met his Creator on Saturday, August 13, 2011, after a short illness. He worked at a local winery for 40 plus years, starting in the distillery department, rising to management over it and the winery's maintenance function. After retirement he served as a consultant specializing in distillation problems. Much of his free time was spent helping others. He did maintenance work for the Franciscan Sisters on their convent; served as Scoutmaster for St John's Troop 1, and did maintenance work for several realtors and family friends. He carved toys, made wooden trucks and cars for his children and grand-children and built gates, fences and tables for his children. He enjoyed working with wood, wrought iron, using his metal lathe and raising tomatoes and peppers.
The family would like to thank Chandra Raj and her staff at Rosemary Homes for the love and care they provided Art for these last several years. A special thanks to Mary, his sister, who visited him several times every week.
He was preceded in death by his parents; August and Teresina (Di Durbano) Musso; brother August; sister Helen Pipig; and son A. Gene Musso.
He is survived by Ida (Roticci), his wife of 72 years; son Gary and his wife Fran; three grandchildren, Art Musso and his wife Yumiko, Dan Musso and his wife Susie and their three children, Tannah, Daniel, and Isabella, Antoinette Offenheiser and her husband Michael and their children, Nathaniel and Mariana; and three siblings, Victor, Mary Antonelli and Robert.
Visitation for Arthur John Musso will be held at Yost & Webb Chapel on Sunday, August 20, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary to begin at 5:30 P.M.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Nazareth House in Fresno on Monday, August 22, 2011 beginning at 11:00 A.M.
A Graveside Service will be held at the Dos Palos District Cemetery on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
