Bio and Links
Bio Photo My parents and I have been in genealogy and cemetery research for about 40 years. Formerly the Clan Hunter USA Genealogist, we have gathered much information over the course of time. If you need information from a cemetery not listed, or one that is listed, but no information posted, please call on us for help. We will be glad to do it photos are available also. There are several ways to get us rose445@bellsouth.net or rebeccaguin930@gmail.com. Alternately, click on our web site and e-mail us.

While we have our home location set, we will go to Alamance, Orange, Durham, Harnett and Johnston Counties within North Carolina. If you need help, feel free to ask and we will if we can!

*Please note, Walter passed away on January 15, 2016. We are saddened by the loss of such a wonderful husband and father. But we know he would want us to carry on the research!

Are you still active? I've sent you a number of edit requests over the last few weeks, but it doesn't look like you've even seen them. Thank you.

Removal of Two Photos of McMasters Cemetery
Removal of Two Photos of McMasters Cemetery

Please remove your two photographs of the McMasters Cemetery from Find A Grave #10522139. William Aldridge Jr is buried in the McMasters Cemetery not the Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery where his father William Aldridge Sr. is buried. These misplaced photos confuse people. The original creator of the Find A Grave memorial had badly confused the William Aldridge Sr. with the Jr. and assumed that to be the McMasters Cemetery as a misrepresentation of genealogical integrity. I have made a very detailed examination of the McMasters cemetery and its tombstones where many of my direct ancestors are buried. The living descendants of this Find A Grave #10522139 have confirmed its accuracy, contents and contributed to its write up for William Aldridge Sr.

I spent a lot years with lawyers and land owners rescuing this McMasters Cemetery from land developers and private land owners. I secured a deed to this historic cemetery and turned it over to a 501c 3 nonprofit organization that I created over a 5 year period with the IRS to maintain and care for this McMasters cemetery.

Thank You,

Dennis York #477405652

Many of my ancestors stone have disappeared from a cemetery in Kansas. It may have been vandalism, but I understand sometimes they sink in the soft earth and can be located with a prod of some sort. Please send me another edit with a quote on the subject if you want me to post.

Floral Garden Memorial Park -High Point
Hi Rose,

It would be great if you could work a deal with Floral Garden in High Point to get access to the records. There are 68 photo requests. I filled one last week, but the office person was less than excited to hear I was a Find A Grave volunteer. ;(. I would have done more, but it is a mixed cemetery with headstones and bronze flatstones. There are thousands of burials in the cemetery/memorial park.

Sincerely,
Ncsearch.
