Willaim Charles Meintzer
I'm so very grateful for your Find-A-Grave PAge for William Charles Meintzer. I was wondering if he has tombstone? He was in the Civil War. If he doesn't have a stone would you know who I would get in touch with to see if they would issue him a stone. Thank You.

Story
Thanks for the heads up on the duplicate memorial. I found another one while I was in there. Another of the same family. Fixed that one too. Appreciate people keeping me straight.

Bio for # 86136552 Martha A Parker Allen
Hi Nala,

I've been working on the family line of DECKER - PARKER - HUMPHRY - IGOE.

So first, thank you for all the hard work creating these memorials. It goes a long was towards helping to document the family line for those of us far removed from SC.

Martha Humphry/Allen nee Parker was the daughter of Susan Ann DECKER & her husband, Jonas PARKER of the town of Northfield on Staten Island which is where DECKER comes from.

In the bio you list children of Martha & 1st husband, Charles HUMPHRY. I was wondering where this list came from. Do you happen to remember the source?

Also, I'm having trouble finding grandchild "Charles Igoe Humphry, son of Charles and Maggie Pauline Taylor Humphry" mentioned in Martha's memorial.

I can find in Bethany, James Igoe HUMPHRY # 86136391, a son of Charles & Maggie who died tragically in a hunting accident & whose memorial you created.

And I can find Charles & Maggie's infant son George Justus HUMPHRY # 107033172 whose memorial was created by another Contributor & also in Bethany.

But try as I will, I can't find a memorial for the mentioned Charles Igoe Humphry nor can I find him on censuses w/Charles & Maggie - they did have a son Charles but his middle was "F" & he's buried in California - or in the transcripts on line of Maggie's Bible. Could this Charles actually be ill fated James?

Hope you can help. Thanks again for the hard work.

Linda
