We are several members of a family working in various ways to research our history and help others in their quests.|
We span two generations and live between central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. Malinda was one of our ancestral grandmothers who encouraged her son Daniel to "keep the faith" that we might all be "united one day as a family in heaven."
Family surnames that we research include: Claybaugh, Drabic, Eichelberger, England, Gibbons, McCloskey, Sickles, Stayley/Staley, Taylor, Van Zandt, Warsing, and Young, as well as Lancaster, Calvert, Grabowski, and Nowak.
We are happy to receive edit requests for family members whose sites we manage; however we would rather not transfer those sites.
The sites that are available for transfer are indicated in the virtual cemetery so marked.
We use this wonderful website to consolidate our family history research and assist others.
Thank you to all who help us!

A Big Thank You again for the transfer and your kindness!!!!!! Thanks, Laura Hershey
|Laura Kessler Hershey||RE: Hempfing, Garrett|
If you really wouldn't mind transferring them, that would be great!! We shared great grandparents and great, great grandparents. Thank you for being willing to do that!! Some people get almost greedy about who they put on so I appreciate your kindness!!!!!!
|Rhonda C. Poynter||RE: Sarah Sickles|
Hi, Marianne - You're welcome! =) I will be looking around your page more over this weekend; if you ever look down my family pages (pretty overwhelming, I know - I'm tracing quite a few of the names for medical information), you'll see that I come into the Sickles/Sickels/etc. with the Mrozeks/Mrozewskis/etc., but it's slow tracing because every family member seems to use a different version of the name. =( Hope that all is weill with you and yours - have a good weekend/Hugs, RCP and Gannon Blue
apparently when i tried to change it yesterday i must of hit the "d" instead of the "C". i will link it for you. I added the memorial previously not realizing she was still alive. thanks for noticing for me!
|Missy Smith||Thank You!|
Just wanted to say thank you for uploading Sickles Family info. I am from the Ohio branch - John Sickles was my Great Great Grandfather.I appreciate it!
|spanielfam||Addie & Dorothy McCloskey|
Made the update on Addie and transferred these two records to you. Sorry it took so long, have been out of town.
|Robert C. Peurifoy||Clarence Goen|
Thanks for the wonderful picture of Dr. Goen. I'll never forget the first time I met him. He asked if I was related to Nicholas Purefoy, a Baptist minister in New Bern, NC in the 1730's. At the time I didn't know or care. Now I know I'm a direct descendant.
Thank you so much! I had no information on Helen or their children other than census information. I really appreciate it!
|LAB||RE: Charles Sickles|
Just wanted to mention that this was the only Sickles I saw in the vicinity of Charles Sickles. However, right next to his stone, was a Robert TB Erskine(1903-1960) & Louise V Erskine(1912-1957). Same type stone, same lettering. Looked as if there was a connection. Or maybe not. Just added profiles/photo for these. Lynn
