Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was raised in Elizabethville, PA but now living in Oak Harbor, WA Am retired and doing genealogy for the E'ville Richter family and Isaac W. Mattis family.

I am also doing memorials for my wife's family, Ackley, Priboth, Herbert & Jones. Please see the Ackley Virtual Cemetery for names.

I have completed entering memorials for Maple Grove Cemetery in Elizabethville. If I errored on any memorial p;ease let me know so I can make the correction.

Am also making a virtual cemetery for all veterans in Maple Grove. Please let me know if I miss someone who is in the Find A Grave list.

If you wish to copy a photo I have posted remember they are copyrighted. Credit me with the photo. I have started letting any site with my photos credited to others know they are not theirs.

Sicily_Rome Cemetery
I have taken about 330 pictures there 25 June. Am posting them as fast as I can. Please know that
I crop most of the pictures to present a balanced picture. Should anyone wish to have the raw photo email me and will get it to your early Aug when I've returned home.

Anyone wanting to edit their loved ones' tablet inscription closer please send me an email and I'll send you I most likely have close to 1000 names from tablets and just do not have the time to crop each individual name. My pictures are not the best of the tablets owing to their size, distance and quality of the camera.

Florence American Cemetery Memorial
Our daughter and one of her daughters helped with the photographs I've added. Theirs are the ones that were not on the request list so they are special to them. On the request photos I took 2 different poses for most. Anyone wanting copies please email me. Also if you wish to crop the memorial tablet photo I'll be happy to send it also. We took photos of all the tablets and I'll be working on them in the coming months, 1400+ names. My email address is on this page.

Anyone out willing to help post pictures for veterans whose only memorial is their name inscribed on Memorial Tablets. I have more that I can handle. Will Send you the original picture I tok so you can add the info to their memorials. Some take a bit of effort to read but if you are good at editing it should be no problem. These are from the Sicily-Rome Cemetery Memorial. I guess I have about 2000. Send me an email if you are willing.

RE: Memorials/Sicily
Wish I had time to do so, but cannot. Last year I took photos of about 8 or 9,000 names in the Manila American Cemetery in Philippines but unfortunately I don't have time to post them.

So I thank you for your efforts...

Tim

Hi Jack;

Thank you for fulfilling my photo request for a picture of my Uncle Warren's name on the memorial wall in Italy.

Were you visiting the area when you took the pictures? I am 53 years old and "Warren" is my middle name, after my uncle. He went missing in action January 18, 1944 during practice amphibious landings off the coast of Italy in preparation for the invasion of Anzio, Italy. It was in the Gulf of Salerno. About 40 amphibious DUKW (Ducks) went down and Uncle Warren's body was never recovered.

I do not know if I will ever be able to go to Italy myself to see his name on the wall. Thanks for helping our family to be able to see it. We live in Michigan.

Thanks,
Alan Wismer

Thanks for the photos and edits for Denver Rhodes memorial. I hope one day a family member sees this and knows he is honored for giving his life in service to his country and is not forgotten.

Good morning Jack. I wanted to thank you for the wonderful photos that you added to his memorial on July 15. I apologize for the delay in this acknowledgement. He served in the same World War II combat outfit as did my beloved late father (the 325th GIR). Your kindness and thoughtfulness is always greatly appreciated. Thank you again!

Good morning Jack. In reviewing my messages, I don't see where I thanked you for the wonderful grave photo that you added to Private Booth's memorial on June 30. I apologize for the delay in this acknowledgement. He served in the same World War II combat outfit as did my beloved late father (the 325th GIR). Your kindness and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
