I was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Grove City, Pennsylvania. I graduated from Grove City High School in 1973. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977. I moved to Alabama in 1979. I have been doing genealogy for over 30 years with most of my ancestors located in western Pennsylvania and eastern Iowa. I currently have around 14800 people on my Ancestry.com family tree and continue to add photos and obituaries as I find them. My main family are Eppingers and Rodgers in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, Nelson, Ray, and Uber in Mercer and Butler Counties, Pennsylvania, Mechler, McCammon and Harrold in Iowa and Blair County, Pennsylvania.|

Wanted to thank you for taking and posting the photos of the grave markers for these 2 Offutts in Leesburg Cemetery. I wanted to ask your permission to attach a copy of the photos to my genealogical records for these two.

Doug - Thank you for the info on this child. I added it to the memorial. If he is a relative I would be glad to transfer him to you.

Thank you so much for posting this picture. I'm working on a volume of War of 1812 graves and now I can include him.
|Linda Davison Loftin||thanks!|
Thanks for your efforts in submitting information from the South Plain Grove Cemetery. I was able to find a set of 3rd great-grandparents due to your efforts! Isaac and Jane Davison were born in 1780 and 1782 and I had heard that they were buried at Plain Grove, and even went there once in the 1990's but couldn't find them and decided that the information I had was incorrect. I didn't now there were two different cemeteries, but I must have looked at the wrong one. I cant begin to tell you how appreciative I am! if you ever are up there again, I sure would love it if you could snap a picture of their stones for me. Those stones must be in poor shape since Isaac and Jane died in 1849.
Thanks again :)
