I worked as a Funeral director from 1975 until I retired. I enjoy raising orchids, genealogy and researching old cemeteries.|
Should you find any information missing or incorrect, please notify me and I'll be glad to make the necessary changes. Just send your information through the SAC tab in the top right hand corner of the memorial. Remember, FAG rules state that living relatives should not be listed in a memorial without permission.
I'll be glad to transfer memorials of your direct family within 4 generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Non-direct relatives like aunts, uncles, cousins are not required to be transferred. For extended family members you can add them in Virtual Cemeteries as I have.
Use the SAC in the upper right hand corner of the memorial and please give your RELATIONSHIP with your request. By using the SAC, I'm able to verify the correct memorial.

|AEG||Aldridge Family Cemetery in Estill, MS|
I previously sent a message to Jean Millican Millen (#46947625) who had posted pictures of the Aldridge Cemetery in Lombardy, Sunflower Co, MS. I do not yet have a response. I was asking about a memorial, which you created without a picture, for John Adams Aldridge (#75104805), maternal grandson of John Adams (1865-1918) [#22642619], The obituary of John Adams Aldridge said: "Burial will be at the Aldridge family cemetery in Estill, Miss." Could there be another Aldridge Family Cemetery, an hour south of Lombardy, in Estill, Washington County? I am researching the John Adams family of Greenville, MS, and found obituaries of his daughter, Marguerite Adams Aldridge (1897-1992) and her husband, Robert N Aldridge (1890-1960), parents of John Adams Aldridge, saying they were buried in the Aldridge Family Cemetery in Estill. If we can confirm an Aldridge Family Cemetery in Estill, perhaps we should add it to FindAGrave. Do you live close enough to the Greenville, MS, area to check this out? Or do you know someone who can?

I see you are the account owner for my Great Uncle's plot. I tried to request a picture for it, to upload to my Ancestry.com account, but it says it's an invalid cemetery? Is it possible that you could take a picture of his plot for us?

I entered some information for changes for my Aunt ruby Jefferson. I did so by mistake as her husband's memorial was transferred to me today by another member and I mistakenly thought he had both of them. I do have more information though. She was the sister of my mother.

Thank you very much for Bill's Memorial transfer. I just added a link to his parents and will continue work on this line until a request from a closer relative is requested. We are all in it together. Thanks again.

Is it possible the name for memorial #68630764 could be Louise Thornton Wade Holman and Mamie is a nickname?
