I am researching the Boutwell/Sullivan family lines.|
My mother Dorothy Jean Sullivan Boutwell passed away in October 2008 and I have picked up the torch to continue the research into the family history.

You're welcome. We don't live in that area. We were just passing through on a trip to Vermont. Glad we could help you find a few ancestors.

You have the Col.as fighting in the Revolutionary War but he wasn't born till 1814.Let me know what you think

She was the only one with the last name Boutwell. No one was buried next to her in less it was an unmarked grave.
Just sent you a direct email on the Fitchburg Boutwells.

re: Memorial# 134451858
Just letting you know that I have located Lucinda's grave and added her year of death to the child list on her mother Nabby's memorial page. It previously had the birth year with year of death as a question mark.

Thanks for the correction to the Boutelle Laurie site. If you have more information I'll be glad to upload it.

Can you link James Junior and Cleamie Sullivan? James was the son of Cleamie. Thanks.

Thank you for the information to link Martha's memorial to the memorial of her father, Alexander Boutwell. I want to ask you, however, about the information concerning her mother who was Elizabeth Boutwell. Since Martha's headstone shows she was born in 1879 and Elizabeth's gravestone shows she was born in 1816, that would make Martha's mother 63 years old when she gave birth to Martha. That seems unlikely. My own mother was 43 when I was born and that was unusual in the 1960's, so age 63 at childbirth seems unlikely back in the 1870's. Since you are researching the Boutwell family, do you think it is possible that the wrong year of birth is on either Martha or on Elizabeth's gravestones?
