I got started in genealogy shortly after my dad died in 1999. I never knew my grandfather(dad's dad) so that started it all. Has been an amazing journey. My dad's family is from Sweden and my mom's is from Germany. My husband is Scotch/Irish. So many people helped me when I was starting out and I love to help others by taking pictures at cemeteries in our area.
