Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am probably like most genealogists. I began with my own family and once I got all of my leaves on the tree, I started using the ancestry records available to add short bios to the memorials I created for people who were buried in our local cemeteries but who were not yet "findable" on Find-A-Grave.
I know that every stone I photograph has a story, however brief their life may have been. I have a special fondness for headstones that are broken, or have ended up on their backs, embedded into the earth and hope that by photographing them, they may someday be resurrected by a family member.
If there is a grave that a family member would like to manage, contact me regarding a transfer. Additionally, if you would like to have a photo or a bio removed, just say the word. My only intention is to provide help to other people doing genealogy research. You are free to use the photographs I have taken.
I also welcome corrections and additional information. Please allow at least a few days for the correction as I work full time and can only do F.A.G. business as time allows.

RE: Susie Dieu Staley
The name comes from a genealogy book written by a relative of mine. She is the authority of the Woolman genealogy. I looked and did not find what her source was. She noted "Gibson Staley History" as info she obtained on her family...don't know if this was a book or not. I'll see if I can find another proof of her birth name...

Susie Dieu Staley
Thank you for helping those of us who otherwise would not have the info you have collected. I have a question on Susie Dieu Staley #112629555. My family genealogy states her name is Susie Olive Staley. I looked at the photos of the tombstone and it looks to read "Susie Died" instead of Susie Dieu. Let me know if our family records are incorrect. Thanks again for all your help!

RE: Need your help
Hi Kim,
I don't have any information on Rebecca Bates Gurney Emerson. You message was the first I'd heard the name.

Norman S Woodward
I think you did the extensive write-up on Norman S Woodword of Plymouth, Indiana. If so, you are likely interested in the extensive and colorful autobiography he gave to the Weekly Republican in 1911.

Daniel Haag
Thank you so much for all the work you did on the Haag family. Daniel was my father's grandfather. I wish my father was alive so I could share all of this with him.
Again, thanks for all your research.
