Fran and I have had a desire to do our own geneology most of our lives. We have been both been on the board of director's for the Cleveland Cemetery Association, near Roseburg, Oregon, for many years. |
For many years we have taken photo's of our family members graves.
Through this interest we found out about Find a Grave and started to assist others when ever we can.
We are both retired, Fran from the USFS, and I from the Oregon State Police.

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Frasier,
I just received notice you transferred 3 memorials of my family members to my account. That's not what I expected when I wrote you but it makes sense. Thank you for starting their memorials, I really do appreciate it.

Thank you for responding. I will go by the dates on the memorial which I assume were used based on the records.

Does the records show that they are actually buried there? I was only going by the fact they
are listed with memorials on Find a Grave.

I want to thank you for trying to find the headstones. I assume since the cemetery seems to not been maintained and it is an old cemetery there probably are mising and or broken stones. I do apprectiate your trying to fulfill my request.

|D.Bursik Huff||The Bursik's of Melrose Cemetery|
Hi my name is Debra Bursik Huff. I am directly related to the Bursik's of the Melrose cemetery and I was wondering if I could be the administrator of them. I have more info on them than is recorded on their headstones (I do extensive Czech research as all my Melrose ancestors are Czech) Jacob and Teresa (Stanek) Bursik are my GG grandparents. I have added the pictures of them. Their children and grandchildren would be gladly accepted also. Please consider this. If you choose not to, I'll send you the info so you can make the additions. Thank you.
