I started researching my family genealogy in 1998. I have found more information on this project "Find-A-Grave" than any other genealogy site, so I said to myself. "Myself, why don't you contribute to "Find-A-Grave" your family info that you know is factual"? So here I am, hopefully assisting others in there research. My major lines that I am researching are, BROWN, DALE, DYER, SPROTT, THOMPSON, WARNER and some 5,269,093 other collateral lines.|

just a short note to those requesting information from PE Dale. He passed away in June 2012. I do not know if there is any other person attached to his account. Sad news to share but I don't want anyone upset that he isn't answering. Sorry for your troubles.

I sent you a rather long, probably tedious email about Joel on the offchance you would be interested. It was sent to your pe__dale earthlink address, as linked at findagrave, but the email bounced back to me with a "fatal error." Perhaps you could check and see what's up with your direct email address--maybe it's out of date and I could resend my initial offering. Just a thought, NJ McQuiston

I've taken a better picture of Jacob & Anna Deem's marker and want to know if you'd like me to post in on their memorial. Memorials that are not sponsored can only have five photos so I don't want to use up space unless you'd like it. Just let me know.
|Joy Russell||Location of Brown Homestead Grave you posted|
I work with The Madison County Genealogical & Historical Society in Huntsville, Arkansas. Back in October 2012, you posted a listing on Find A Grave for Betty McCandless Brown on a "Brown Homestead" in Madison County, Arkansas.
You stated that your source of this information was Mary L. Madsen.
I would very much like to find out more information about this grave and the location of the Brown Homestead. We have a listing for a small cemetery called "Berry-Brown Cemetery" in the same general area but it doesn't list a grave for Betty McCandless Brown. So I'm not certain that it is the same one.
If you can provide me with additional information, or if you can put me in contact with someone who can provide information about this Brown Homestead, I would very much appreciate it.

You are very welcome.

You are so welcome, my pleasure. I grew up in Quemado, but have been gone over 50 years. So when the Quemado town reunion came up, I knew that it would be the perfect opportunity to finish photographing the cemetery & post them on the f.a.Grave website. It was a trip done memory lane seeing so many names that I remember as a kid. I remember the Daugherty's very well!! Good luck!! Fay C.

You are welcome Dale! It was bugging me because I knew I was in the right area, but I was sure there were no stones. I also knew how important it was to you to know where Theodosia and Frank were buried. I still have Edith on my list. ~ Wendy :)

I made the link to his wife and I also changed his death date to the one mentioned in the obit. I noticed you requested a photo for her and got a reply that there was not a Sprott buried in the Cimarron Cemetery, so I got to looking and realized that she is buried in the Cimarron Cemetery next to her first husband under the name of Cross (which I have noticed that this occurs often that the wife is buried with the husband that they had children with) and I have entered her memorial. I will be glad to delete my memorial, since you entered your memorial first. But do you think it might be better if you would list her last name as "Cross" so they will be able to locate her in the cemetery and then in turn be able to get you a photo?
I would like to retrieve the photo for you but moved about 500 miles away from that area about 10 years ago and don't get back that way very often. And in fact was raised southwest of Ingalls myself and knew the Lyle Cross Family. Let me know if I can help with anything!

Everything I have is for VanBuren's family. If you hear of anyone who needs his parents and grandparents, please let me know. I am trying to add photos to my Price history from Union co. Ohio, and they may be able to help me, too. Thanks.
