Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been tracing my family tree just about all my life. I got seriously interested about 15 yrs. ago when my dad and I would talk for hours about his family, the Hunters. Since then I have met many cousins online and have become reacquainted with other family members of the Hunter, Norwood, and Carroll line from NC. I have traveled to Raleigh, NC, to the state archives, the cemeteries around Raleigh, Smithfield and Archer's Lodge photographing info to add to the family tree. I am a direct descendant of tavern owner, Isaac Hunter, of Raleigh.

Unlike some other gravers, if you want me to transfer a memorial of a friend or family member just ask and I will happy to do so. These are not MY memorials; they are here for you. I don't care anything about the number of memorials/photos I have racked up. I hope that some of you that realize a loved has no marker will somehow provide one for that person so that they will always be remembered.

Thank you so much for turning this memorial over to me. I was overwhelmed when I first found it.

RE: Uncle Joe Crane
I would love to have this memorial turned over to me if you would. Do I have to do anything to maintain the site?

Also is it possible to have the memorial of Bessie A Crane, his wife, my aunt, 1909-1985 Phenix City, Alabama? Thank you.

RE: Edits
That's nothing. Sometimes I get twenty complex edits a day from a single contributor.

Have fun with the cooler temps.

RE: Uncle Joe Crane
Normally I would say yes immediately, but there seems to be some sort of contradiction about his wife, my aunt's, identity although I am almost certain that the grave for her is for my aunt, Bessie Ann Crane, 1909-1985, also in the same Phenix City Cemetery. Her parents were Wylie Williams Sr and Maud Ann Jones of Georgia. Is there any way to double check this? I was told she was born in Atlanta on 1 Nov 1910.

I would greatly appreciate your help.

Uncle Joe Crane
Thank you SO much for creating a memorial on Findagrave for my Uncle Joseph Murphy Crane, long lost from my knowledge and a mystery to my genealogy research. This is such a wonderful service that you offer.

Permission Request
I respectively request permission to include your photographs of grave markers for Eleanor Rose Knowles (Parkhill Cemetery) and Clyde Murrell Knowles, Jr. (Lakeview Memory Gardens) in my not-for-profit CD book that will be given to family, friends, and a few libraries. Thank you for your consideration.
