Transfers
Mary, Thank you so very much for all these transfers. I am sure I am going to be very busy for a while getting them linked together. I appreciate this enormous move of your part. You are definitely a very good hearted soul to take on as many as you have. Thank you for everything you do in honor of other families. Lester

RE: Infant Viola Fox Mem#70866979
Mary, First off thank you so much for your offer of my family in Post Oak Cemetery. You work fast. I noticed you have already fixed Viola Fox. The one thing I can assure you, if there last name is Green including Adcock, Allen, Ross, Yenowine or their maiden name was Green or any of the above then there is a 99.9% chance they are family especially if they are in either of the Post Oak Cemeteries or surrounding areas of Coryell, McGregor, Mclennan Counties. A host of relatives on my Mothers side were all from that location. We as well come from Bell, Llano and Travis Counties. I come from an extremely large family. If you do not mind I would love for you to transfer the Green family in the Post Oak Cemeteries to me. I know how hard and how much work it takes to do these. I will not request them to be done all at once. I am pinning them down by comparing my records with yours. I just returned from a trip to one of my local cemeteries and walked until I could not walk any longer. LOL. I myself have volunteered to help families other than mine to get photos of their loved ones graves. It is up to you whether or not you would like to maintain the memorials, but I am willing to take them on so I can link them together with parents and siblings. You have a great day and thank you so much for caring enough for others to do this type of work. And I do not have to tell you, it is work. LOL Thanks again, Lester. P. S. - did you know it is hot outside today? LOL

Surnames
Mary, One last message. I scrolled through the memorials and wanted to thank you for all your contributions. To further assist you, I am a descendant of the Adcock, Green and Allen families in that Area. Grundy Green who is buried in Post Oak is my maternal Great Grandfather and a relative of nearly all Greens from that area. The Adcocks are my maternal Great Grandmothers family line and the Allens are on my maternal Grandfathers line. Some of their memorials are managed by you and some are not. If you are related and doing research there is more information I can give you on most of them. Hope you have a good day. Lester Van Huss

Infant Viola Fox Mem#70866979
Mary, I have many relatives buried in Post Oak Cemetery in Oglesby. I wanted to give you some information on a headstone pic I took as well. The Fox family is in my genealogy but way down the line. That is why I took this Photo. I save these in case I find connection with family especially when they are from the same areas. The Infants information on her Head stone is very hard to read but I have been able to make out a little more. Viola was Born Sept 1, 1910 because the inscription on the Stone says she died Sept 3, 1910 at 3 days old. Her parents are my next project to see if I can find their information. Father to the best of my ability is S. F. or even J.D. Fox. The mother's was N. V. Fox. There is a J D and N V Match with these two people who possibly lost Viola while they were still in there 30's. The main info I wanted you to have is the birth date should read Sept 1 and her death date is Sept 3, 1910. I would like to help you in researching this. Lester Van Huss #47859148.

RE: Cecil Caruthers
Regarding Cecil, he was a student until the year before his passing. Dates were a bit off due to slow communications during the war.
