Looking at family history in Johntson, Bladen and Robenson counties in North Carolina for the Munn's Ryals, Duke and Burney's. My wife's family is from the Chicago area: the Schoditsch, Buenzow, Petznick Ulrich, and Knauf.|
If you find any mistakes in my entries,
email me and I will correct it. I would like to thank all who have added links, bios or photos, your kindness is appreciated. If you find a memorial I have added and would like to have it removed from Findagrave, please ask, and I will remove it. I don't have any intention to offend or upset anyone, just love to help and Findagrave is such a wonderful resource for honoring ones who have passed and for helping ones to connect to their family history.
I'm not related to most of my enteries, the information I add to each memorial is all I have.
Photos taken by me for Find A Grave may be considered public domain and you are most welcome to use them.

Thanks for the correction of year of birth of Myrtle. I found her death certificate and it is 1899 and also found her date of death and place. Thanks so much. Henry
|Arley Meadows||RE: Katherine A. Betz, memorial #139909886|
OK; thanks for your quick response. No transfers necessary if this is not the Katherine Betz I was looking for. I took a shot based on the fact that both her and Harvey Meadows died in Halethorpe, MD. Thanks again.

I know you state that you don't know anything about most of your entries except what you have recorded but I thought I would take a shot with this one. I am researching a Harvey Meadows who died in Halethorpe, MD in 1966. According to his obituary his wife was Katherine Betz. Checking the Social Security Death Index I find a Katherine Betz who died in the same Halethorpe area in 1978. Her year of birth and year of death match the Katherine Betz that you have entered as memorial #139909886. Possibly any connection? Harvey Meadows was a veteran of WWI and is buried in a veteran's cemetery.

Rich - I'm not sure how you ended up taking photos in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Lynchburg, VA but Thanks! I was able to add a photo of Elmira Martin, the one and only known photo of Elmira, my grandmother, who died before I was born. The links found with her FindAGrave entry are all correct now. Maybe soon I will try to add links to more of the Martins in that line, of which there are MANY. Amy

Hi, this is a part of Find a Grave's new bulk upload feature that allows people to upload multiple photos and then transcribe the information to create the memorial. Using the system a person can upload photos and then let others transcribe the information, the person who uploads the photo is the manager of the memorial and the person who enters the information is listed in the transcribed by line.
I have a question for you concerning Victoria Burney Smith who is buried next to him. Her stone is very similar as well. Is this his wife? If so she must have remarried a Mr. Smith after your uncle died, do you know anything about him? I do not want to assume anything here it's possible that she was a sister, and that Burney is her maiden name I suppose.
