I have been working on researching my own ancestry for many years, and have recently begun to visit local cemeteries. Although my ancestors are not from the area where I live, I am interested in helping others find theirs. I enjoy taking photos of headstones, and adding names to cemeteries that are not already there.|

Thank you for the excellent picture of his grave marker. I was very taken by the story of the Shinyo Maru. Another of the survivors is buried in my local cemetery, and I've asked for pictures of all known men who were of this group, and who have since died. They had horrific experiences during the war. Thank you for helping to honor them.
