I started using Find a Grave to help track my family. Once I got started I got hooked. Now I drag my husband with me. |
I love getting all the great emails from people who find a photo or grave I've added that belongs to a family member or friend. I feel the same way when someone sends me a picture of a family member's gravestone I'm looking for.
All of the pictures I've taken can be used by anyone without asking.

Hello, I have an old picture labeled Jacqueline Evans and I think it is your Jacqueline Evans as a child. Do you have an email I can send the picture to so I can verify?

My Mom had a step brother named Howard. Was his Dads name Charles? Her name was Minnie Rhoades. I have very little information about my relatives and would love to know more if I can find the right people. I am the daughter of Minnie. My name is Buelah Stock firstname.lastname@example.org. I remember my Mom saying some were from Everett,WA Thanks!

I was delighted to find your contribution on Find-a-Grave. I have been researching the family of Mary Dick, whose first husband was James Tennant, and had been unable to find reliable death information for him until today. One question: you note he was a native of Carluke, but I did not see that mentioned in the picture of the gravestone. Since there is some dispute about his birthplace, do you remember where your information comes from?

Melinda, Do you know of anyone who would go to Mt Pleasant cemetery in Seattle to ask some specific questions about John Cree's burial? His Find A Grave # is 59065230.
