What does being the manager or the memorial entail?

Yes, she was an aunt to my Grandmother, and none of us were ever informed of her passing. I was so glad to find her on here. I'm new to the site, so what does transferring her to me entail?

mammie/mannie Harris
you're right. I went through just the Harris's and found about 4 that I had duplicated. !!! I just deleted all of them. I'm sure there are more with other surnames.

RE: Dings
Thanks Diane. I am not big on managing memorials but do like to manage those of my family. The death of Fred Alvin Dings son, Walter, in the bomber accident was tragic. He had another son and a daughter. The son's name was Urban and he joined the Air Force and made it a career. My great-grandparents went to visit Fred in Washington and that was where those pictures were taken. Thanks again for the transfers and for getting the picture of the headstone.

RE: Fred Alvin Dings
Yes it is a family line. My great-grandmother was Lacy Dings and her father was David Dings. Fred Alvin would have been Lacy's nephew, son of her brother Alvin.
I would be happy to manage these Dings relatives. I did a comprehensive report of the Dings family, but never got around to entering them all in Find A Grave.
Thanks for your offer and for the many memorials you have created. David
