|I live in Converse County, Wyoming and have done genealogy work and lookups for people for years. I enjoy helping people find their ancestors!|
I volunteered at the Douglas Library a couple years ago to make copies of all obituaries in Douglas papers from 1885 to the present and put them in notebooks so they are easier to find. At present I have about 10,000 and am still going! If you need an obituary I will try to find it for you.
I have access to the book "Pages from Converse County's Past" which has many stories of Converse County pioneers; and I will be glad to check the index for you.

|Catherine LeBar Hamon||Headstones|
Thank you again for all the hints and information you have give me over the years.
Would you be so kind as to give me permission to copy the headstones of my family for ancestry.com. I will be more than happy to acknowledge that you took the picture. Thank you so much. Cathy LeBar Hamon

Hi, Betty; This was so confusing to update in Find A Grave. Please do me a favor and check out what I did to make sure it makes sense now. Thanks, Barb

Thanx for the transfer of the Miller family memorials.
|Carol Carpenter||Find A Grave Memorial# 85209836|
I am Carol Carpenter, the granddaughter of Harold E Kentner. Just thought I'd ask a big favor to see if you can correct the birth place for him. The Find A Grave memorial shows Tama, Mercer County, Ohio. The copy of his draft card on Ancestry and a family bible that I have shows him to have been born in Tama, Tama County, Iowa. Is that something that can be easily corrected, or are there steps that must be taken. Thank you so much for all your do, and for all your notes and flowers. God Bless You.
My grandparents were Frank and Letha Prohaska of Glendo, Wyoming. I didn't get to attend either of their funerals but searched here on a whim and found that pictures had been uploaded! Thank you!

you're most welcome I also added it to her husband as his stone with the first laid at their grave site...

I received the following correction from you:
"It does not appear that Minnie could be the wife of William Watson Edwards. His wife, Sallie Brian Edwards died close to the death date of Minnie. Sallie is buried in Douglas, Wyoming. Betty"
Minnie Zoellner is listed as William Watson Edwards' wife on his death certificate, so it actually does appear she was his wife. Additionally, they are buried next to each other and share a headstone, so that seems a pretty good indicator as well.
Willie Watt Edwards and Minnie Zoellner were married on Sept. 15, 1931 and your bio on Sallie's page said he had resided in NC since 1930, so it makes sense that Minnie was his wife when he passed away. Perhaps he and Sallie divorced. Thanks, LG

Thank you for trying to locate the gravestone for Edward Rowley. I 'm sorry you had to spend so much time trying to locate it for me. I had no idea it couldn't be found. I really appreciate you trying to help.
