|Bulldog||RE: Amos Parkhurst|
3 given/first names already are on findagrave.com but one does not have a photo of the grave marker. I can go back, someday, to get a photo for her as well as photograph and add the 3rd marker. I believe the first initial was an "E", and it looked like a child's older stone marker.

Walked the entire cemetery, didn't locate Amos. Saw 3 fairly legible Parkhurst stones, though, in about 20 feet of each other. Suggest you call the church office next week, (920) 869-2914, and inquire about the cemetery mapping. Ask if they will give you names of those buried on each side of Amos so a small white cross can be placed where he is resting and a photo taken. Very possible there never was a marker for Amos. Good luck!

I just wanted to let you know that I added a photo to this memorial. - Kevin
|Frankie ||Christine K. Elk Boy|
Doreen--Checking to see if you could assist me in a question on Christine Elk Boy. I am assisting in some research and find a discrepancy with her maiden name. I find that it is Grass and you have entered a memorial for Thomas Grass...thought maybe you knew some more of that line. Ellen Bishop lists her maiden name as Pourier...not sure where where she got that information. Her obit does not list her maiden name or her parents. Ancestry lists her father as John Grass. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

|Beth.Bailey||Just wanted to let ya know|
I was thinking 'bout you guys.It has been hotter then you know what out here in western South Dakota but a cool/cold front is coming in which will cool it down...
It's been a rough & bumpy road I've been down since December but I'm just taking it one day @ a time as that is about all I can do @ this point in time.As my Dad once told me "Beth-just when you think you have it bad-look down the road as your bound to find some one who has it worse" & he was right....
Drop me a line when you get a chance...
My best to you & yours,
~ Beth ~
it's gone :(
You are more then welcome for the memorial...I've been meaning to transfer him to you guys as he is a Uncle but...just didn't happen until recently...sorry 'bout that :-)
My pic...it kinda reminds me of me when I wake up on the wrong side of the bed...I have a nite shirt w/Garfield on it that says "morning people slapped on site"...THAT is soooo me :-)

Do you happen to know if his father, Adolph Cuny, was the deputy sheriff who was killed at 6 Mile Ranch below Fort Laramie by Clark Pelton c. 1878-1879?
