Oct. 2016: John passed away Oct. 2015 & he was the other half of me & our gravewalking team. He loved the hobby of cleaning the stones, clipping around them, whatever it took for me to get a good picture, then downloading the pics here. He loved hearing from folks who were grateful to find the pics. I have not been in a cemetery to take pictures again & I may never feel like doing so on my own. But I will keep those that we have entered up to date & process any Edits that I get. John would want that.|
PLEASE use the "Edit" button for making any kind of requests regarding our memorials, and NOT the message board, even when asking for a transfer. Much, much quicker from my end to answer that way.
Any of our photos can be used by anyone for genealogical purposes. Please add: "Photo by Find A Grave Contributor Diane & John (#46842343)"

|Lola Merrill||Incorrect name given for Find a Grave|
My name is Lola Merrill. My father's full name is Louis Anthony Scott. His headstone reads Louis A.. Ambrose has been submitted as his middle name to Find a Grave, which is incorrect. He is buried in the Pomerene Cemetery, Pomerene, Cochise County, Arizona.
Would you please correct this error.
Will appreciate your help.

You have her birth place as Horicon Wisconsin. Her obituary lists Hoard, Wisconsin. Do you know which is correct?
|Robert F. Martin||Bresson Grave|
Thanks for having a photo of my Grandfather's grave in California. His wife Francis is buried here in Illinois. She passed in 1999. If I had the money I would bury them together.But hopefully they are together anyway.... Thanks.
Robert Martin, Introduce IL.

First let me say that PCA is sorry to hear of John's passing. You both did much to document our cemetery and we have continued to build on that. We are asking if Harriet could be transferred to us because we are developing more information on her and her ancestors. Thank you.
|M. Niedt||Sincere Sympathy Rufus O Day|
A good friend of mine asked me to look into an ancestor's information. I went to Fold3 and decided to go to Find A Grave. There is was!! Thank you for your much appreciated time.
We know how it is losing a mate. Susan lost Glen & I lost my husband 7 years ago.
Take care and deepest sympathy.

|Leigh Kendrick||Fred Lee Moran|
So sorry to hear about John's passing. We never get over losing our mates. My mate passed in Oct. 2013 and I miss him dearly.
I am writing you to thank you for putting my father, Fred Lee Moran grave site up. I am in the process of adding to it. I have all of the genealogy info on his family. It will take me some time to do this but I will keep at it until I get all of his immediate family in.
May God bless you and yours,

Thank you! I'm so glad he's finally where he belongs!
|Bryan Anderson||Hans Rasmussen|
Dear Diane and John,
I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History of the 89th Division, Hans Rasmussen was a member of this unit. He was severely wounded on 10/20/1918.
I'm not sure where I'm going with my project, but I'm hoping to eventually publish something. When I do, would it be permissible to use your photograph of the grave of Hans Rasmussen (Find A Grave Memorial# 45537934)?
