My family doesn't understand my obsession for recording headstones, uncover Markers and link lost family members. I have dug my way in the bushes and scraped many headstone for others. I love doing research on my family tree. Everyone should have their name etched in history. I hope to help provide this information. Currently working on my Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT) and plan on working on (DAR) Daughters of the American Revolution.|

Be kind to this web site for its mission to find a grave--tombstones not a family album unless you are willing to sponsor this memorial.
I have chosen Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery to be my goal to photograph the entire cemetery.

Jesse actually died at his ranch in Coryell Co. TX. He was buried in the Maple Cemetery in Coryell Co. TX not far from where he lived. However, the US Gov't. claimed "eminent domain" over a large section of Coryell Co. in 1942 in order to build Ft. Hood. It was the misfortunate luck that our families land was taken and that included the Maple Cemetery. Therefore, our ancestors were dug up and reburied in the Killeen City Cemetery in Killeen, Bell Co., TX.
