Bio and Links
Bio Photo My primary interest is genealogy, so I photograph surrounding family members' graves when possible, even when those folks were not included in the request. Please feel free to use my photos in your family trees.

I am a retired English teacher in Austin, Texas. I am a third generation Texan if you count being born here, but there are five generations of my family buried here.

Please contact me if you have questions about any of the photos I've posted. For any of the memorials I've created, I'll be happy to transfer them if they are not related to me. Even if it is my relative, if you are a direct descendant and I am not, I will make the transfer.

I think we may be distant cousins. I also descended from him.

Deborah Ann Hamm photo
Shirley,

Thank you so much for the photo. Deborah was my sister's second baby that died. They did not have money for a marker. I think I'll check into the price of one for Deborah.

Thanks again so much,
Janis in the Evergreen State

Hi Shirley,

Can you tell me how you did the photo for Nora? She doesn't have a headstone, but you created a unique photo.

Blessings,
Linda

Thank you so much for the most awesome pictures at the Texas State Cemetery. Glad the weather cooperated for you; it's been so iffy these past few weeks.

A family member requested a photo last fall, but the original memorial was created at the wrong cemetery (orig. Austin State Hospital). Once we got the correct cemetery, I put in the photo request on their behalf. Thanks again! Sarah
