Many people are studying their family history to find medical information. Among the conditions that are thought hereditary and at least partly preventable or treatable are depression, diabetes, kidney disease, hypertension, heart disease, and cancer. Omitting medical information is not polite, IMHO.
I found a statement about links that perfectly expresses my own beliefs. I'm posting it with permission.--------------------------
Let's help the next family member or researcher that visits a memorial by adding all the family links that we know. When family members are not linked, it makes the next person do the research all over again. Also, if we have the information, let's use it before it is forgotten.I also believe that family links make this site easier to use. The easier it is to use, the more it will be used and the better it will get.
My number of memorials managed is increasing because I apparently am the succession plan for a few contributors, at least partially. I don't mind, it's easy to maintain memorials.

|Kay Kuebeler||William James Keys|
William James Keys is the Father of my grandfather. You are right, he was a retired railroad engineer as were his two sons. If you are a history buff you can find a short mention on him in an Arcadia Book called Mingo Junction. He laid track for the trains that were just starting to run in the area of Steubenville, Ohio. I have a picture of the first train engine out of Mingo Junction if you are interested in seeing it drop me a note.

Would you please transfer Barbara Lee memorial 139763011 to me she is my Aunt.
Thanks for the heads up on Memorial# 97027124 and Memorial# 117487864 - I've added a NOTE to both of them. I think they can both remain out there. Would you agree?
I have accepted your link to his parents, Albert & Mathilda Stelter. I have his obituary, and have now added it to his memorial. His wife & my dad were 1st cousins.
