I'm David, and one of my many hobbies involves genealogy and family history, which I have pursued more than 30 years. I have watched Find A Grave's growth over the last several years and have found it to be an important and very useful resource. Hence, I have elected to become a more active participant, as time permits. As a volunteer, my prime interest is in assisting other genealogists and family historians in obtaining photographs of the graves of their kin.|

Hello David, may I use the photo you took of the names on the Honolulu memorial for my family tree, Winfred was a cousin that went down with the USS Bismarck. I give you full credit of course and always refer to the findagrave memorial page. Thank you so much for providing this photo and all of your hard work. Nan

Thank you so much for adding my GGG grandmother and children to the site. Fantastic pictures, I've never seen the headstone before. Your work is very appreciated!
Her husband, Samuel P. Aheong (my GGG grandfather), was the first Chinese christian missionary in the Hawaiian Islands.

Thank you so very much for fulfilling my photo request for Alvin Allen Weaver # 99277004, I really appreciate it!
Would you mind if I posted your pic on my online family tree, with proper credit to you for the photo?
Thanks so much for considering it and again, thanks for the effort you took in taking and posting the pic!
Oops. Strike that request. Silly me, I neglected to click on the photo. The information was indeed there. Sorry about that, and thank you again for the volunteer work you do on this site.

You are credited with a photo of the headstone for this young man who died in WWI, but neither the caption, nor his memorial page, lists the cemetery. Might you still have that information? Thank you for all you do with Find A Grave!
