Bio

I have been doing genealogy and family histories for over sixty years. I have walked a lot of cemeteries mostly in central Nebraska although I have some great grandparents near Enid Oklahoma and southern Minnesota. Findagrave is one of the best sites for beginners and old timers alike.

If you take a photo better than what I have added to any of my memorials, I will be willing to delete mine. Just let me know through the edit process from that particular memorial page.

Family names are: Briggs/Bryg, Olszowka/Olsufka, Cyza, Jarosz, Savage/Szawica, Siemek, Plebanek, Rzepa (on my Polish side) and Brunken, Schlosser, Plath, Hoefelmann, Kubath
and Meyer on my German side.

NOTE: I add obituaries and resulting bios where possible. HOWEVER, the information contained in obituaries can often be inaccurate!! I have added them, knowing this, more as a guide to a researcher and not as factual information. Please take any of the bios with a grain of salt and do additional research before you post or pass on what is contained in the write-ups.
