Thanks so much for answering. I feel fairly certain that the flat markers are there.
So, please don't go to find out if they are in the cemetery. I don't live nearby (about 6 hours' drive)and am of the age that I don't travel well.
I was/am mainly wondering regarding the fact that the names weren't listed at the site might be because flat in-the-ground markers weren't or aren't as a rule photographed; thus the reason for their names not found in the find-a-grave site.

First, thank you for your work. I have found several relatives' burial because of you.
I have been looking in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Parkersburg, WV for two people with flat placques/stones:
Glen Sharpes b. 1922
Glen's full name is Bernard Glen Sharpes
and his wife, Marjorie Sharps.
Marjorie was buried there about 1969.
Glen was moved from Fancy Gap, VA after 1995, to Mt. Olivet. I couldn't swear that they are buried next to each other, but the space was bought 1969 or before.
I've been told that the site is near the top of the hill more north, toward Broad Street more than the interstate.
Also nearby is Don and Mary Butcher (Mary is a sister to Marjorie.)
I am curious as to whether this flat plaque area has not been read, or won't be read.
Thank you again,
My "Brannon Family Cemetery," Gilmer County, VA

Thank you so much for the photograph of the dual headstone for my great uncle Frances Cottrill and his wife Myrtle. It means a lot to me.

Thank you very much for taking the time to find Daniel's headstone and take a picture of it for me. It means a lot to me because he's my uncle that I obviously never got to meet.
