William Wheeler
According to the Canton History Book William Wheeler was one of the English tenants to receive an Indian Deed of 100 acres on west side of the now Dedham Road. back then it was Wheeler road.
The Indian deed was from the Ponkapoag Plantation Massachusetts Indians also known as the Praying Indians
He was born in 1693 and his first wife was Abigail. Nothing more on her. He then married May 21, 1729 Sarah d/o Samuel and Phebe Stearns of Canton.
He died July 16, 1773 age 80 and buried in the

You did a nice job on this cemetery. I had some time to kill and visited, took a couple of dozen photos where the sun was nice - you've already got nice photos and memorials for most of them.

Regards,
Jack Parker

Cynthia Brown
I was walking thru the cemetery looking for Hannah and Collin Brown which I haven't found yet but came across Cynthia Brown and posted the photo on her memorial site. She's in with other Pendeltons but no Hannah at this time.

Find A Grave photos
Hi Kathy,

Thank you for all the pictures that you post of grave markers!!

I have an ancestor that you have posted pictures for. I am requesting your permission to use them in my genealogy database and a possible book (years from now) that will be given to family members. I would credit you as having taken the pictures.

His name is Deacon Thomas Hayward and he is buried in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

Thanks again,

Linda Rogers
