|LadyGoshen||Sarah Carr Chamberlain|
Thank you for the info. I did a little more digging and found Sarah and Solon living in Bath NH in 1860. They had a daughter Florence who died in 1868 in Orford. Solon is buried in Kansas.
I'll put some more time into this later this week. The Carrs have always been a bit of a wild chase with little documentation. It's odd that on Sarah's death certificate, it lists her father as being born in Vermont.
|John Wilby||Arabella Downes 158572584|
FYI When someone dies in the winter time
they put that person in a tomb in the
cemetery until spring. The only Tomb
in Manchester is in The Valley Cemetery.
Then in the Spring they bury them in what-
ever cemetery they desired to be put in.
In this case Arabella was buried in the
Pine Grove Cemetery.

Thank you for the information on Sherwood. I have added the marriage date to Lula to his memorial. All of the other information (DOB, parents) is already on the memorial, so I did not add it again

Transfer was not necessary but I will take care of him as I do the others in my care.
You did a great job and will try to live up to your example.

Thank you for the heads up on the death notice! Site wouldn't load, but I was able to trick it into giving me a print preview, and I transcribed from there.
|Arlene Gertsch||Thankful Marshall Banker|
Thanks so much for the death notice. Have added it to her memorial.
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.
If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.
Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.
If you have already received this message, please accept our apologies for the duplicate message.
