Bio

If you ask a question, and expect a reply -- I need a way to contact you.

I joined Find a Grave July 15, 2002. I had visited the site for about two years prior.
I have seen many changes; some good (link feature), some not so much. Two things I miss are the different icons for what is now "other"; and the availability to archive photos, they were viewable but not unless you clicked on them, a perfect place for death certificates and obituaries.
I have met some really nice people that want to help in any way possible; some that want to make their own rules; and a very few that are just rude. I appreciate the help of fellow Find-a-Gravers, and miss the ones that are now gone.

I am trying to update my memorials as time allows; creating links and adding obituaries. Many of my memorials were created before the link feature was created (about 2008).

Regarding EDITS, unless a pictured headstone or a posted obituary or linked obituary contains the information; I will decline an edit without a verifiable source (Find a Grave says official documentation). I feel edits should be sourced, more than declines. Please remember these are suggestions, not demands.
I will gladly make any additions or changes to a memorial if you will provide the evidence to prove your corrections. (I will attempt to find evidence if not provided.)

If there is no relationship posted on a memorial, or you are more closely related (or knew them); let me know if you want to maintain those memorials. PLEASE make request from each memorial.

Thanks,
Jean
