I was born in Statesboro, Bulloch County, Georgia.|
I Graduated High School at Glynn Academy in Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia. I am currently living in Brantley County, Georgia along with my family and several dogs. This site seems to be an excellent medium for sharing some of my research. Some of the surnames I am researching are: Gandy, Redding, Waters, Willis, Livingston, Boatright, Carter, Abbott, Hagan, NeSmith and Moody. I am especially interested in the Civil War era and the pioneer families of Thomas County, Georgia and Bacon County, Georgia. Please make me aware of any mistakes in my postings. If any of my postings are members of your family please let me know and I will happily transfer control to you. I appreciate all suggestions, additions and corrections.

|Davy Flowers||50th Reg. Colquitt Marksmen|
Mr. Gandy if you would like to add to virtual cemetery for the Marksmen my great-great granddaddy James B. Flowers is listed in the Sardis Primative Baptist Church cemetery Berlin, Ga. I just had his name corrected at find a grave, it use to be Jas. B. Flowers and people were thinking it was short for Jason. I've been with find a grave a little over a year. I started this for my 3 year old grand son so he could know his ancestry. Thank You Davy Flowers

I added the links for the parents. I had a photo of the grave marker in my file and I uploaded it. Juanita is buried next to a grave for Lisa M. McCance 1968-2006. I don't know if this may be her daughter. That memorial is managed by Ann Parkinson. I uploaded a marker photo for it also.
You are related be it a little distant but I transferred Juanita to your care. I know you will take good care of her. If a closer in line relative comes along, please transfer to them. Have a blessed day.

|Patsy Harris||Peter and Nancy Plymale|
Im working on a book about the 4 COnfederate Hospitals located in Madison, GA during the war. Michael Plymale Co. H,57 46th GA, died there in April 1864 and was buried in the local City Cemetery with 20 other soldiers. Problem is, I think this entire group was moved shortly after the war, and so am looking for any other possible burial place of Michael Plymale. This is Peter and Nancy's son of Buena Vista, GA. I see that you have added info about a few of his siblings on findagrave. Do you know where Nancy and Peter are buried?
