Bio

I am the son of Cecil V. & Vera (Robinson) Herrin. I graduated from Nahunta High School in 1960 and from the South Georgia Trade & Vocational School in Americus, GA. I served in the Air Force in Vietnam and worked 30 years with CSX Transportation. I had an interest, for a long time, in my family tree but didn't know how to organize it until I got my first computer. I joined our Brantley Historical Society and started surveying cemeteries using pen and paper. When digital cameras came along I got one and made my cemetery surveys with the camera. A friend convinced me to join FindAGrave and add the graves and tombstone photos and I've been addicted ever since then.
