I have a military photo of him. How do I submit it?
|El Memorializer||Col Stanley Henry Horne #99294272|
On his memorial you've noted, "Looking for his hometown Memorial Headstone."
I just wanted to let you know that I just added his wife, Geraldine "Gerry" Horne, who died in 2014 to Find A Grave. I also added Stanley too because the Cemetery Records indicate he shares a Mausoleum space with her. Please see memorial #163377246.
You might want to request a photo volunteer take a headstone photo just to verify. I would but I believe I might be close to my limit.
You are also welcome to manage this memorial if you'd like. Just let me know.
Hope this helps, Kathy

I added a photo of his name on Pine Hill, NJ War Memorial. I can't find any marker for him. This was my husbands hometown and I believe he was a classmate of my brother. My older brother was in Vietnam the same year. He made it home but died young from drug use that started over there. Thanks for caring about our veterans. Connie and Wayne Clark
|Carole Whittemore||Staff Sgt Larry Welsh|
Amazing how fate keeps SSGT Larry Welsh in the Memories of others. I have his POW-MIA Bracelet that I bought in 1970 and now my Grandson is doing his thesis on the Vietnam War and using it with his presentation. I am asking for permission to use the photo you have posted of Larry for the little Memorial Photo I made for my Grandson's project. I will add it to Larry's Memorial also, but if you want me to remove it, let me know and I will do so. If you want to keep it, you may put it in any order you wish.
So many more people will learn about SSGT Larry Welsh and say prayers for him and his family. God will never let Larry be forgotten for his bravery and giving his life to help others. God bless the Welsh families and Eddieb, the creator of this wonderful Memorial!
Thank You so much!!
(P.S. I would have sent the photo to your email address for approval but there wasn't one available.)

May I have permission to copy the portrait of James Auston Brown #93598891 from Humboldt, TN and submit it to a Jackson, TN newspaper with a Memorial Day article? Thank you.
|Arizona Caretaker||Robert William Hunt|
You can find information on Robert, on the "Virtual Wall" http://www.virtualwall.org/dh/HuntRW02a.htm
Also, go to the following memorial,
Memorial# 158898610 of (1LT James E. Hunsicker), there you will find a picture of the headstone engraved with the soldiers names who are MIA. they are all named on this headstone in the Honolulu Memorial cemetery.
Hope this will help. Have a Blessed Day.
I see you were looking for Rosarios relatives. I am working with the VVMF to find a picture of Rosario. If we could find any picture of him or where he graduated from high school it would be very helpful. I tried contacting the cemetery to find what funeral home or church handled his service and they could or would not give me this information. There is no information about him on the Coffelt database other than what you have written. Any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated. If you know of any veteran's group who could help...

PFC Scherlag's parents are from Brooklyn, NY. Per Coffelt Database of Vietnam Casualties. Hope this helps.
|Tom Druckenmiller||Lt Terry L. Reed, KIA Viet Nam 1969|
I have had Lt Terry L. Reeds POW/MIA bracelet since 1970 when I joined the US Army. Although shot down in 1969, I recently learned that his remains were recovered in 1994 and identified in 1998. He was buried at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas, his home of record state. I was on many funeral details when stationed at Ft Sam in 1971, and I am happy that Terry has come home. I would like to send his bracket to his wife at the time of his death 47 years ago Sharon A. Reed of Cooper, Texas. If anyone knows how to contact her or any other surviving family member please let me know, thank you.

I noticed your message to my Uncle Joe and I just wondered if you had a photo of him. I have never met Uncle Joe but I found a very old family picture and I think that it is possible that the picture was Uncle Joe.
Thank you for any help,
