RE: Samuel Whipple #138307222
Wow, now it makes sense. No wonder it's so confusing. I see the problem you have as well, repeating this information to people over and over again. Thank you for doing it with patience and kindness! I bet there are times it gets pretty old though. Thank you for helping keep these burial sites accurate, I appreciate it very much!

Samuel's burial location is found in the Connecticut Newspaper Notices, Vol. 55, pg 20. Which states he is buried in Hale Cemetery.

Thank you for your work on helping me find Samuel's burial location. It is indeed confusing. I'm glad to hear you've been to the Williams cemetery. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me discern why the newspaper lists him as being buried in Hale cemetery?

RE: Lyman Allyn
I found the following at GenealogyBank.com - I am a descendant of Lyman Allyn's brother, Christopher Allyn. Here are the birth dates I have for all of the siblings: Christopher (Feb 9, 1793), Latham (Mar 15, 1795), Lyman (May 13, 1797), Sarah (Oct 21, 1799) and Henry P. (Apr 30, 1805) Allyn.

Lyman Allyn was born May 13, 1797. Died November 25, 1869.
