Thanks, Rick. Dottie was a classmate of mine at Meadville High. By the way, her last name is spelled Welsh. She married another classmate of mine.

b. 1821 d. 1906 Williamsport, Lycoming County, PA.
He used surname STATTEN while living in Canada for a few years. Many thanks for your help. Swebbs
