I was born in the city of Chula Vista, San Diego County, California, and reside here today. I am of Italian and French-Canadian descent. My parents were born and raised in Rochester, New York, and moved to San Diego in 1954.|
My paternal grandparents were Italian, born in Villavallelonga, a commune in the province of L'Aquila, Italy. They immigrated to the U.S. during the early 1900s, settling in Rochester, New York.
My maternal grandmother was French-Canadian, a direct descendant of French immigrants who settled in Quebec, Canada, during the 1700s, and I am still in the process of unraveling my maternal grandfather’s heritage which is quite challenging.
I'm a nature enthusiast, enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and visiting historical places. Genealogy is a keen interest of mine. I enjoy learning about past generations and their ways of life.
I began taking pictures of headstones and creating memorials a few years ago. My intent is to be as accurate as possible, but everyone knows mistakes are inevitable. If you spot duplicates or info I need to correct, please bring it to my attention.
I will gladly transfer management of a memorial per your request. You also have my permission to copy any of my F-A-G photos for your own personal use.
Please feel free to contact me any time.

Thank you!! I really appreciate your generosity. Sorry to hear about your good camera being stolen. How awful.

Thank you!! And thank you for the explanation about the fuzzy photo. I really appreciate your effort. I have been in a bit of lull in terms of taking photos for Find A Grave lately. You have inspired me to get out there and take more photos in the cemeteries near me. You never know when a photo may help someone on the other side of the country!!

Thank you so much for the photo of the marker for Phala Mae Palmer. She was my grandmother. You have made my day!! Would you please transfer her page to me? Thank you also for being willing to share the photo of the marker. I am very grateful to you.

I always suspected changes occur on this site after the sign off.
I really appreciate your head up on this blunder, I am also here with a red face, as I have no idea on how to transfer this site onto the original site, which obviously was before my eyes?
Thank you Elizabeth for any suggestions on how I can transfer my error to the original listing.
Appreciate you interest and comment.

Thank you Eliza for doing this. Ceola was my husbands sister.

It would be great to incorporate the two memorials. I did not know which cemetery she was buried in. Do you have her husbands Edward Warren Cotter and Floyd Donald Hall listed too? I will add the information from yours to my memorial beings as mine is the oldest one.

I'm in the process of photographing the oldest sections of this cemetery and have found many undocumented monuments. I'm glad I could help. Feel free to use my photo on Ancestry.

Thank you for adding my mom's tombstone. Mom died in 1992, and her headstone sunk ... it was only in 2002 or so that I discovered this & had it uncovered.

There appears to be two records. Yours, #131515827, is the far more complete and detailed. The other record is #103033687.
I will leave the combining to these in your capable hands. Thank you for all the work you do and your attention to detail and accuracy.
