Sue, thank you so much for posting a picture of my
mothers grave stone. I reside in Florida so it was such a pleasure to see this posted.
So grateful for the work you're doing.

Hello Sue, Thank you for responding, your truly a gem! My grandmother's name is Catherine G. Brooks she is buried in Mount St. Benedicts Cemetery, Bloomfield, Hartford County in Connecticut.
Her grave marker has a "C" and I can see it is covered by grass making it look like her name is spelt with a "K" as Katherine, but she's a "C" Catherine. I have her Obit and would love to put it on her page is that at all possible? Thank You so so much! Blessings

I have been unable to visit my fathers grave since he departed. I was in such shock, i don't even recall the funeral or my attendance. Now here it is, 30 something yrs later , not knowing if i will ever again be able to visit and missing him so much,my sons never having known him, ..an di have but one photo of him_just one.So, the picture of his grave site comforts me. I may not be able to travel to visit, but i can, at least, come here. For the pictures of my familia stones,I thank you
Blessed Be ~
Now where oh where could his brother and the rest of his familia be...

I really appreciate your help. Right now I only know of four Higley's there at this Center cemetery, could be more??? Higley an uncommon name is easy to track. Please let me know how many Higley's you fine. I wish we had many more volunteer members like yourself, that's willing to go the extra mile. Thank you

Thank you very much. She is related to me through marriage. Her nephew, Stephen Dixon Ruggles, had heard of her and tells me that her parents just never got over her death. They were Christian Science Practitioners.

I was able to see my Grandmother's gravesite, and her sisters so far. Thank You! Blessings. One question? How do I change her name from Katherine to Catherine on her memorial page at Mount St. Benedict, Hartford Conn. The first letter is hidden in her name so I believe that is why she got a K instead of a C. So tickled to have found her. Blessings Sue

Thanks again. We have many family members in that cemetery. If I find another one, I'll send a note.
