RE: Matilda Snook Bowser
Thank you for your reply.
After much research we have found nothing of Jesy Snook before his marriage to Esther" Hetty" Keller Royer in 1842. Hetty's brother Johan George Keller md. a Nancy Snook abt 1820. Believe this to be our Jesse/Jesy's sister. Nancy's parents John & Susan are living with George and Nancy Keller in the 1850 census for York Twp., Elkhart, ID, just across the Michigan line. But without a will or some other document I can not prove that John & Susan Snook are also Jesse/Jesy's parents.
Have gleaned the other families decendants but no one can tell me who his parents were. Still hopeing for a miracle. Carolyn Snook Kimberlin

These are also my great grand parents. I would be happy to share what I have, as Ken Monk and I have worked on this line recently!

Matilda Snook Bowser
My Gr. Grandfather was Rufus Snook, Matilda's brother. I was never able to follow her until now. Are you a member of this family? I live in Colorado now. Rufus's son Walter Ralph Snook b. 1875 moved to Kansas in his early 20's. They didn't keep very good track of their family but I knew Matilda Snook belonged.
I was in the Pleasant Hill Cem. as that is where Matilda's parents are buried but not knowing her married name I didn't know to look for her.
Very excited to correspond with anyone from her family that might want to correspond.
Sincerely, Carolyn Snook Kimberlin

Bushong - Cairo West Cemetery
Would you like photos of the following two people who are on the same headstone as John W. Bushong?

Minnie B. Bushong
Date of Death: Jan 15, 1903

Raman Bushong
Date of Death: Sept 22, 1899

I will make another visit to Cairo West, before I post any pics for John Bushong. I have some good ones for the two listed above, but his part of the headstone was on the dark side of the sun.

Mitchell Picture
Hi, I am a direct relative of Richard & Elsa Mitchell. You have put a picture of them on the Find a Grave Site. I was wondering where you got the picture? Do you have more pictures of this Mitchell family? Richard is my Great,Great Grandfather. His son Jacob was my Great Grandfather. I am trying to put a book together on our ancestors. I am also wondering where his and Elsa's graves are? I have been to the Horton Cemetery many times looking for them with no luck. Thank you, Marg Mitchell Selesky
