I enjoy discovering interesting facts and finding missing links in our family history. Although I have been researching genealogy for only a few years, I quickly realized that it can be quite addictive! I certainly appreciate all the work Find A Grave contributors do and thank you all.|
My profile picture, circa 1954.
My Find A Grave contributions include deceased family, friends and others. It is particularly rewarding when I am able to fulfill a photo request, knowing I am documenting the final resting place of those who came before us and may be helping someone find their "roots". This has become my hobby done solely for the purpose of freely assisting people interested in doing research of their own genealogy. You have my permission to use my grave photos in any of your family trees.
During my searches, I sometimes take photos of nearby graves and add a memorial to this site if it doesn't exist in hope that someone may find a connection in their roots and to keep the memories alive of those who came before us. I do my best to research and include information publicly available. I welcome your suggestions, additions or corrections.
Sometimes I may add a photo of a grave to an existing memorial if a grave photo doesn't exist. If you wish I didn't add a photo, please let me know and I will delete it. No disrespect is meant.
I will transfer memorials on request to family members, within the Find A Grave guidelines. Please submit your request through the link on the memorial page and identify your relationship with the person you want transferred to you. If the memorial I created is for a family member in my wife's tree or mine, I may be reluctant to accommodate you.

You went over and above than what was expected. Thank you, thank you very much. Your efforts are truly appreciated.
I have a question. Did you see other Herrmann headstones next to the one you took the photos of? I am looking for others in the family.
