Thanks for your patience and your help. I'm back up and going. I guess I had to get rid of some stuff to make room for the new.

My interests in genealogy started about 1959 at the knee of my grandmother. She could recite some lines back to 1710. This ignited fires that today I'm still tracing. Although at times I will admit it has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, it has also been rewarding and continues to ignite a passion for the search. Discovering the kings and vagabonds, doctors, lawyers and murderers, divulging little bits of history, that have ultimately brought us to who we are. It has been an exciting journey.

John W. Lee
I just received a hint on Ancestry for John W. Lee that you contributed to Find A Grave. My heart about leapt out of my mouth! He is my 3rd great-grandfather and I have been looking for any information about him for a very long time. You listed his death month as December and that his body was lost or destroyed. Can you share with me where you found this information? Do you know more?

Thank you so much.

J. Mathews
I visited Fairview Cemetery in Crawford co. Ark today. I could not find your J. Mathews. So i went to the the Records and found, J. Mathews is buried at Fairview Cem. He has no stone. Records indicate he died 6-29-1876 at the age of 45 years. The remarks say he was a man of color, buried in the public grounds section which is the pauper section of the cemetery. I hope this will help you.

Hi Patty,

Would you like me to transfer Robert's memorial to you so you can add your memories/stories of Robert taking you up in the plane? I can transfer him to you if you'd like me to.

Which brother are you related to? My research shows their father as John Broadaway and mother, Agnes Elizabeth Wilson. Would you happen to know who John' and Anges' parents were? I would love to exchange info with you. If interested, please email me at jan46511@gmail.com.

Re: Kershner Family Cemetery
Greetings Patty--I saw your public message to Rich Bench about the Kershner Family Cemetary. I found it today. I knocked on some doors, and the new owner of the property(last 13 years) showed me where to look. It's very overgrown, but most (I think) of the stones are still visible. Are there names in particular you are hoping to get pictures for?
