Adelaide Delores "Pat" Leach Ballard
Hi Lynda,
Thanks to you I've been able to find where my great uncle's daughter is buried. I'm just wondering if you are a member of the Ballard family. I've been looking to reconnect with this side of my family for years.
Regards,
Linda

David C. Paul
Hi Lynda! I wanted to thank you for your awesome work and ask if you could help me with something.
I found my Great Uncle David C. Paul's gravesite because of you! And I know it's him because you have my g-Grandmaw with a last name no one else has! My problem that I'm seeking your help with is that I have also found his gravesite with his wife Maggie in the Paul Cemetary in Rapides parish, Louisiana ( our family Cemetary). Am I crazy? Did they move the gravesite? Super confused!! If you could give me some I site on this it would be super appreciated!
Thanks again,
Melissa W.

Elenore Myrtle Pohlman Moyle
Hi Lynda: Thank you so much for creating the memorial to Elenore recently and including her social security application information. I am related to this Pohlman family and after reading your information and then revisiting her record, I think I may have uncovered some proof she was more than likely Frederick and Sarah (Fisk) Pohlman's "adopted" daughter. I point to two documents I found: (1) California certificate of death which lists her biological father as "___Blakey" and her mother as "___Kline." (2) The 1900 census which lists mother Sarah Pohlman as the mother of "one" child, probably eldest daughter, Marietta. "Elenora" had the birthplace of her father listed as "New York" and her mother's as "California" which differed significantly from the reported birthplaces of the parents of her sister Marietta - Prussia and Maine. Compare this information to Ella's death certificate which said her father's birthplace was "Unk." and her mother's as "Calif" and the implication is pretty clear that Fred and Sarah were mostly likely her adoptive parents. If you need the documents, I can send them via email. Again, I am grateful for your memorial, as I have been searching for the Moyles for some time now. Bruce Myers.
