Bio and Links
Bio Photo I started research for my family in about 1990 when I inherited my mothers research. I was single, lived in a condo and had spare time on my hands. In 1996, life got in the way of additional research. I remarried, moved to a house, added rentals and put away my genealogy records. I have retired and after several questions from family about my records I am picking up where I left off.

So much new resource!! seems to be the premier data source, LDS is digitizing their records with a new expanded records program, and here is Find A Grave with a whole new resource. Not only can we add to our history but our ancestors have gained recognition.

Robert S Ward
Hi Dave

My name is Diane and I tried to get the Lady that is doing my husbands memorial but there message thing is not working I wondered if you could change a few things on his memorial for one thing he always went by Steve so everyone would look for that hardly any one knew his first name was Robert. His sister's name is Dana Louise Ward Gill. Yes he married Linda but they divorced after one year of marriage. Steve and I have been together for 28 years we got married in 2006. I know that dose not add up but we lived together and got married in 2006. My name is Diana Kay Smith Ward. Steve helped me raise my 4 children he thought of them as his own and we have 22 grandchildren. It has his death date right at top but on the bottom it says the 9th it was the 8th of Dec 2014 when he passed away. Also he is not being layed to rest by his parents we bought a place in the wall were his ashes will go and when I pass away mine will go in it too. It is still in Enterprise Cemetery Enterprise Oregon
thank you for your help

Actually the son & his wife are already in the system: Find A Grave Memorial# 98163126.His mother is too in another cemetery #63502415. But his father is not. I will set up a memorial for him if you can add a picture.

Hetzel children
Dave, yes, Eva was their child. You can find qa list on the memorial of Anna Catherine Balmer Hetzel. At one point in time I found the Hetzel Bible but...the owner now is not a family member or related in anyway. She only collects Bibles. I offered her a thousand dollars but the answer was no. If you will go back to Peter's memorial you can follow him back and the entire family is there. I do not belong to Ancestery as I got tired of doing the research for everyone else to just take the information withoiut even a to-do. I did put a little on the memorials but not much. You can also find me on rootsweb with an old family tree. My ID on the side is 'doile'.

Thanks for writing to me.

children of samuel edwin combes
Thank you for taking the picture of Samuel Edwin Combes and Julia May Chandler's children's gravestone. I requested Donald also and the other children have a memorial. I have already exceeded my weekly quota of requests. So, please if you would just add the photo you already took to the other children (they do have a memorial). Thanks again. Jim
