My name is Diana (Sturgis) Greb. My husband, Richard, and I celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary April 4, 2014. We have 2 daughters and three grandsons. |
I have a copy of The Jefferson Cemetery (1861-1990) published by the Willamette Valley Genealogical Society--I am taking the bio information from that book. If anyone wants a complete copy of the infomation, I will be happy to send it to you.
The family names I research are Sturgis, Sturges, Ritter, Spencer, Carnaby, Greb and Schwindt.
I had to add this sunset picture that I took at Maui on August 29, 2009--I love to take sunset pictures--I did NOT do anything to the picture!
You can see copies of the Linn County DCs on the Linn Genealogical Society web site--www.lgsoregon.org
NOTE--I have taken digital pictures of all the DCs that I have added to findagrave. I have taken the DCs (1903-1963) for the following counties--Benton, Crook, Curry, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Jefferson, Lake, Linn, Morrow, Sherman, Wallowa and Wheeler. If you want a DC for someone in those counties, let me know and I will look and see if I can find them for you.
I also give Find a Grave Staff full permission to transfer any of my Memorials to who ever wants them upon my death. Hopefully this will help eliminate What I call Dead Memorials.
Want me to transfer a memorial to you?
I would like to give away every non-related memorial to people who have more information to add, so if you would like me to transfer a memorial to you, don't hesitate to ask; in your request, please include the memorial number (or a link to it) and your own Find-a-Grave member number.

Thanks for posting the death certificate. He was my great, great, uncle and I can find very little about him. I added a photo of him to the memorial.
Thank you for letting me know that you posted a copy of her death certificate. I updated Laura's memorial to reflect that information.

Diana, thank you ever so much for adding the Death Certificate to Claud L. Haney, #36045060. It certainly answers a lot of questions for my family tree. :) Susan
Thank you for posting the Death Certificate. I am not a relative, just photographed the grave as a cemetery project, but I am sure that some day a relative will run across the memorial. When they do, they can have access to all of the information. I am sure that they will be appreciative.

Thank you Diane for the photo of Maggie's Death Certificate. Appreciate your hard work.

Thank you for going to the trouble of posting death certificate pictures to the Weddle memorial pages. I appreciate the effort, however the family has collectively opted not to include vital records on any of the memorial pages as we consider that private information. With that in mind, would you mind removing them? I am unable to edit them myself.

Thank you Diane for your willingness to check on this for me. I would really like to see a copy of the certificate if possible. I look forward to hearing from you in the not-too-distant future.

Hello Diane ~
I was wondering if you might have a copy of the death certificate for Jaspar/Jasper T. Lee? He died 5 April 1945, probably Lake Co., Oregon. He is buried in Sunset Park Cemetery in Lakeview.
Thank you.......... Ruthie
