Bio and Links
Bio Photo Geneology and my love of photography are joined together in documenting and connecting families here and past. My brother helps clean up old and unvisited cemeteries in Montague county where I was born. My sister and I are continuing the geneology started by our mother tracing the family of: ALIG, BASS, BAYER, BEHL, BEST, BEYER, CLER, EISENMENGER, FETSCH, FLUSCHE, GILLES, KLEISS, HOENIG, HARTMAN, HAUSMANN, HETTINGER, KAPPES, KOELZER, KOBLITZ, NEU, NEWMAN, OTTO, ROEDER, RUND, SCHAFER, SCHWEIGHART, SOMMERS, VOGEL, WALTERSCHEID, and their descendents.
If you can identify any of the unknown stones in Indiana, please let me know.

Find A Grave Memorial# 63554859
I sent in an edit for Lucinda Pinkerton Britton, changing the date of death to 1884. The headstone erroneously says 1885. Her husband married her sister after her death and their marriage certificate from Wise Cohnty is dates July, 1885. Thank you, Sharon Jolly Buck, great granddaughter of Mary Francis Pinkerton Britton and great great niece of Lucinda Pinkerton Britton.

duplicate Day memorials
Thanks for pointing those out. I "inherited" them with Mr. Buchanan's passing. I have asked Find A Grave to delete the two duplicates he made at that cemetery. Will look for others.

Find A Grave Memorial# 113108489

You sent me the above edit....please note that this one, which is the link with memorial number 113108489 the one "and:" have the very same member Memorial# 113108489 .

Now if you meant Peggy was created twice because of Patsy, I think not, as I thought them to be twins. They do have different dates. And of course different names, one is Patsy and one is Peggy Perryman.

# 113108442 This is Patsy's memorial number.

Please advise me where the duplicates are and I will be happy to delete and dupes you find. I do make errors. but I do not want to delete Peggy because Patsy I belive a twin sister.

Kappes family
I am also researching the Kappes family. They came to USA about 1854 to Freeport, Illinois but later the family moved to Oelwein, Fayette Co., IA.

RE: Cemeteries you have photographed
Thank you. Are any of your Aligs from Alabama? My ob-gyn in the mid-70s was a Dr. Robert Alig. He died of a heart attack while playing tennis -- if I remember correctly -- about 1979. He was a relatively young man, maybe mid to late 40s when he died. I don't know where he might have been buried; in fact, I'm not even sure if he was originally from Alabama.

RE: photos
I had intended my email to go to the person that owns the original tombstone photographs on Joseph and Elizabeth Lollman's memorials but erred in how I handled my edit. I thank you for your suggestion and have now added the new nameplate photos to Joseph and Elizabeth Lollman's memorials, however I liked the appearance of their pictures appearing on top so reposted the pics and deleted the old ones.

How are you related to my grandparents? I do not have your name in my family history and am curious. I am a daughter of William Tobias Lollman, known as Tobe, throughout Richardson County, NE.

Thank you for all your work on Find A Grave.
