RE: Sarah Abbott Gilbert.
Hi Sharon.
If it isn't too much effort, I would love a copy of the cemetery records and the picture. The records might show more of my family members than just Gilberts. It certainly sounds like John and Sarah should be linked.
Thanks for all your help
Dianne

Sarah Abbott Gilbert.
If the stone is next to John Gilbert's headstone and had the death date of Sarah Abbott Gilbert, I would say the chances are really good that it is her headstone. 19 Feb 1793 is the date I had in my data base. I have my Gilbert line pretty well worked out and am mostly looking for more primary sources, since some of the ones I have are pretty soft sources. I show that in addition to Sarah Abbott (1725-1793) as his first wife (m. 4 Nov 1744, Brookfield), he had a second wife Sarah Barnes (1735-1813) (m. 4 Dec 1793, Brookfield. Are the cemetery records for Old Indian Cemetery available on line?
Thanks for checking
Dianne

Sarah Abbott Gilbert
Hi
In 2010 you posted a headstone for Sarah on her memorial 39994486. At the time the memorial was made, no burial site was known. Is this headstone in Old Indian Cemetery, West Brookfield, the same as her husband John's 9433589?
Thanks
Dianne

RE: Vincent Family
Thanks, Sharon and appreciate your help. I linked Ida to her folks. I'll have to look into the Bergeron family. Ida's husband was a St. George and that's my side of the family I work on. Do you know if that large family plot included all family members? I know Ida's husband is there in grave 4 but I'm wondering about Ida's infant son who is in grave 10-B. It must be a very large section I guess. Anyhow would you mind uploading the great headstone pictures to Harris (92869858) and Leo (92876249) St. George as well? Thanks for your time and all the work you do for F.A.G. Good night, Lori

Vincent Family
Hi Sharon, Can you please link Dometilde (45078724) and Solyme (45078842) Vincent as husband and wife and then link them to their daughter, Ida (92875961) I (Vincent) St. George. Thanks for your help. Lori

John Tuffs
Thanks so much Sharon for the great photos of the John Tuffs headstone. I could actually read it, even though it was really old. You're wonderful!

RE: Mary Fitzpatrick
Thank you so much for checking on this. The story is rather sad as she had 2 children out of wedlock and gave at least one (my Gr GM) up to the NE Home for Little Wanderers, with a subsequent ride on the "orphan train" where the child was adopted by a family in Michigan. Mary was later found dead "by a fence" in Pawtucket, RI and the body claimed after a benevolent uncle became involved and apparently had her buried there.

Thanks for the photo and your efforts.
