I was adopted and since I have found my biological family, I have been researching my history for over 25 years. I have learned many things about family and traditions that my family has past on through the generations.|
I am always stopping at cemetaries. Seems I do that more than yard sales.
Always willing to share what information that I have.
Happy hunting to all.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a headstone there. I photographed all of the headstones in Philips Cemetery last Memorial Day. I had three photographs of headstones that were nearly unreadable so that I could not match them to anything in Find A Grave or create new memorials. Just in case, I checked them again but no match there.
Also, this cemetery is at the end of a tank gunnery range. Sadly, if my memory serves me correctly, in this cemetery there was evidence of damage from gunnery to one or two monuments that rendered them beyond all hope. This may have been the case for Alice.
So, it is unlikely that there is a monument there. (There could be, I have missed them before.) Unfortunately, Fort Knox only opens its cemeteries to visitors on Memorial Day so it is difficult to do a quick double check.

|Mary Echols||RE: William Lewis Standiford|
William Lewis Standiford was married to Martha Elizabeth Echols. They had a son named Edward J. Standiford (1896-1970). He is a distant cousin to my husband. Is your father a Standiford?

Would be glad to transfer his memorial page to you, if that's okay.
Found a little more info at ancestry.com.

You once got pics of my great grandparents graves. I did not make it to my aunt's funeral. I know she was buried in Bethesda Cem. near Liggett, IN, in Vigo Co. Wonder if you could slip over sometime and take her stone's pic. She should be near George E. Brown her frist husband or possibly second husband, Wendell G. Brown. Both those guys were married before so they may be with their other wives and Myrtle by herself.
Her actual name was Annie Myrtle, but went by Myrtle. Some relatives thought she was Myrtle Ann Brown.

I have a correction for you on the birth and death dates for Otto Lotz. His birth date is May 17, 1860 in Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, death is February 26, 1923 in St. Louis, Mo. buried in Farmington, Mo. His first wife was Mary Ellen Kitto, 2nd wife Flora M. Treaster. If you will update the birth and death info I will be able to connect him to his parents, grandparents, etc. Thank you for all your hard work in putting all the info on Findagrave.
